We provide FREE Express Shipping with tracking via Express Mail Service (EMS) or Registered Airmail, depending on the destination country. Where EMS is not available we ship through Registered Mail.
We ship to almost every major country including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore and Thailand and provide refunds or reshipments for that.
Currently we have two shipping methods available:
Free Express Shipping
For Free Express Shipping: We currently ship to all countries but don’t provide refunds or reshipments for the following countries: Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Georgia, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates.
Delivery takes from 3 to 15 days, depending on the destination country. As soon as your order is paid you’ll receive an email with a confirmation email in the maximum time of 6 hours.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will get a tracking link. Maximum time for shipping is 24 hours.
Custom Order: If your order is shipped as a custom order then no refund or reshipment will be provided upon seizure. It is only applicable when you are staying in a different part of the world where we do not ship and you want to give it a shot. We will let you know that in the payment confirmation email.
Full Refunds and 100% Delivery Guarantee (Verified purchase guarantee)
In approximately 1% of the cases, orders don’t make it through customs, which is normal. We’re constantly tracking all shipments and we’ll inform you if we notice any issues. In case your order has been lost or seized by customs after they leave India, you’ll be notified about the situation and you can then choose a free reshipment or a full refund. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we’ll automatically proceed with a free reshipment.
In extremely rare cases, shipments can get lost before they leave India. In this case, we’ll immediately dispatch a reshipment and you’ll be notified via email.

Please note that we don’t offer refunds or reshipments if you provide an invalid shipping address, or if you do not accept or pick up the order after failed delivery attempts.
You’ll receive payment instructions for the respective payment method upon submitting your order. We currently offer the following payment methods:

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours after receiving the payment. If you order on a weekend, your order will be shipped on the following business day.
